Guess i made error with the title it should be cloaker not clocking..

I have been hearing this cloaking, i read about it i know there are free cloaker and paid cloaker. Now what i want to know is who can help me cloak a cpa link, i want to promote cpa offer with facebook ads. I don't want bullshit. If you know about cloaking cpa url please share here.
