I've just received my 3 PBN sites purchased at the discounted price.
All I can say - wow. This service is well worth the money. Here's why:

1) The domains you get are of pretty good quality - the ones I got had 17+ TF. A similar domain would cost you $15-25 to find using one of the BHW services.
2) They use legit hosting companies - namecheap, iPage and GoDaddy in my case.
3) The blogs look really good, and I truly mean that. It's really hard to say that they are just a part of the network.
4) All the logos were really nice.
5) Article were of decent quality.

Overall, this service saves you tons of time and is very reasonably priced. I can highly recommend it to everyone interested in building their own PBN.

I would not recommend using Google Adsense in your PBN sites because that would be a huge footprint. But there are other ways to monetize the PBN sites (Affiliate would be one) and we actually recommend monetizing them, they can be used like mini-money sites.
