When can I sell digital products on ebay?

Hey guys, when can I sell digital products (like licences) on ebay?

How old my account must be? I must have any feedbacks?

I think they dont allow digital goods anymore ? its not allowed in my country (India) dont know about other.

they allow it but its a target for scammers. ALl 20 i sold ended up being charged back and i ended up paying 20$ for credit card chargebacks even tho i refunded it instant...

Ebay bots are not very efficient. What 1 seller gets away with may not work for another seller. Virtual items are always high risk and can be removed by ebay if they do not like your listing.

Of course, the more feedback and sales you have, the more lenient they are. But would you risk an account that is old with a lot of sales just to sell a few virtual items?
