Bullcrap. Without optimized marketing, any "niche" won't be profitable. When you have your marketing on point, ANY "niche" is the most profitable.Best ROI: Niche Software/tool development. Most profitable: Niche Guides/Courses
First to market tools have giant total revenue potential and the information in guides/courses is a premium commodity - you set the price not the market
It's like before you gave them dildos, they were happy using "p***y".Dildos for trannies seem to give the best for roi right now.

Not only marketing, but also know what's the lifetimr value of your customers and whatnot![]()
All I say is that you seem too close minded in that recurring payment models seem to be the *ONLY* way to get the best roi. In fact, I am currently working with a recurring method, called Negative Options, which I'm almost sure you know about. My answer did not suggest that optimized marketing wasn't important or specify a niche. Let's let the white hats waste their time discussing which niche is the best and spend our time actually making money. Roserpa you're correct that any niche can be just as "profitable" as the next but OP asked for best ROI which is PROFIT/TOTAL ASSETS. ROI has no dependence on time or niche and since we agree that any niche can be profitable, the only exploitable variable is "TOTAL ASSETS" which should be minimized to increase total ROI. Niche Courses and Guides do this but have limited LTV (customer lifetime value), since ROI is independent of time Niche SaaS comes out on top due to superior LTV.
Please prove me wrong because I will be completely mind blown if I am.. I really don't see why you called my answer bullcrap. I may be new to these forums but I've been around for quite some time.

Geeze I usually only get that ticked off at the noobs over at warrior forum.
Clickbank is not a niche.

My point is that a subscription model is NOT the only way to generate a high roi.
For example, right now I work on a model that let's me spend $10 to $13 usd for every $1.20 I spend. With that being said, you can see that my ROI instantly increases by hundreds of percent even if I was promoting other non-recurring product.
In short, not only extending how much I charge clients increases ROI, but also cutting corners in other areas which impact the overall ROI.
Yea, my point was that I am also cutting corners on advertising budget by working on this scheme that gets me $10- $13 usd for every $1.20 usd spentI love the idea of negative options by haven't had the chance to apply it yet- had some trouble with payment gateways not allowing for it. Might have some questions for you in the future.
I definitely agree its a super effective model (can't say any more bc I havent tried it) BUT payment method is not a market niche (refer to my previous post above) its actually a marketing tactic.
