All big restaurant brands in India are already doing it. These bloggers and reviewers are given free lunch / dinner in exchange of reviews. Many reviewers post their contact details in their profile for the same purpose. I just want to help some startups to get reviews.

Yes, but as per Zomato algorithm, only reviews by members who have been there for a long time and who have some reputation, show up on their site. So, having a network of bloggers and reviewers matters.
