Why some vines doesn't show?

I know that vine.co is almost dead. Anyway when posting vines on Twitter some will be ok (autoplay) but some will show only link . Link opens in new tab and works fine.

Even https://twitter.com/VineCreators (17mil) has this problem.

Anyone knows what cases some vines to autoplay and some not?

Because Vine app is shut down and its pretty new thing full of bugs this vine posting on twitter stuff - twitter was not ready fully for Vine autoplay and looping functions, so wait a bit until it works better.
