How to sell videos/tutorials on a custom website? (With Payoneer if possible)

I want to sell a video series (ex: "the complete cake making course") with lessons grouped into chapters.
I want to know what kind of free or inexpensive platforms there are to make a website that is either membership based or allows people to buy packages of videos.

I am currently looking into Easy digital downloads + Wordpress or Jvzoo but any other suggestions are welcome.

Edit: I am interested in JVzoo as it is free and low cost. What are the drawbacks of this site? Does it accept payoneer?

I want to sell one basic title to start off (ex: "the complete beginners guide to pastry") then sell additional titles/workshops separately (ex: "Let's make a double chocolate cake from start to finish").

I want to have a separate website to host it so that I can manually SEO the whole thing and that it looks more like an online college than a simple online course.
