1) Yes Platinum can be installed on 3 PC's
2) I extended the 50% discount for Platinum Lifetime yesterday for another 24 hours (ending in a few hours) so just send me a PM and I will contact you.
3) At the moment Index Nuke is controlled via the software (including sending to the cloud) but I do have plans to offer some form of API in later versions. Lots planned this year for Index Nuke.
