[email protected] SINGAPORE SG - Has anyone heard about this?

My CC got hit with a charge for $1 from:
[email protected] SINGAPORE SG

Googled them and found a lot of threads some as early as 2012 saying its some kind of scam.

My card company says I either wait to see if merchant confirms charge or cancel my card right now.

Thinking of waiting for a bit as its only a $ and would prefer not going through the hassle of waiting for a new card.
Haven't used this card anywhere in the recent past other than on FB Ads.
Has anyone else had experience with this?

Don't wait for it as its definately a scam and if scammer can take $1 then they can easily charge big ammounts. As here i found one they charged $600 $300x2 on adowords account holder.

Yes I did read that thread but thought google would have busted them by now. Fine will cancel
