It doesn't work like that, it depends on the competition of each given keyword -> how much are others advertisers bidding in that keyword.
If competition is 0, or has really low cpc's, the minimum default bid you can set is $0,05 but with a good Quality Score you can get clicks form 0,01 to 0,05 on it.

I don't know. In Adwords even if you have zero competition, they still charge you a minimum bid, when there's no one else bidding. I have this strange feeling they make a fucking bundle of money that way.

You are asking the wrong question.
All you gotta do is grab your Bing Keyword tool and see Low Competition And High traffic keywords.

Exactly, this is your minimum "maximum bid you're willing to pay for a click" this means it's the maximum you allow to pay for a click, not that you'll pay 0.05 for each click.

PS: A note on adwords* I've had some keywords where I was the only bidder, with a Quality score of 10, and bid did not decrease from 0.03 thought.

Yes,
I have 1 Cent clicks campaign. But it's just to create Adwords Cheap Traffic. And it's obviously not targeted !
