You will get what you will get. I would suggest a much larger SSD though. My systems are not your everyday system, you may find 120 GB a bit limiting.

Have a look at the 750ti -invest the saved £44 in a better PSU like Wilson said.

Also look at a better case (Not necessary but really gives it that premium feel)

The 750ti is only 2GB i guess it a better option for an amateur but can upgrade later to a better graphics card if required.

Keep scrolling down and you will see setups at different price ranges. This site makes a setup for gaming once each month and those are the most recent ones. The one that costs $848 should be good enough to play pretty much any game that's out at the moment(of course some won't be on ultra settings), but even the cheaper one will be good enough for most games. It really depends on what games your brother play.

Edit: It seems that the prices for some of the parts have gone slightly up, so it will probably cost more than $848, but the cheaper one should still be in under the $700 range.

You definitely don't need an 800w power supply to run that rig on your PCPartPicker list. Take a look at the EVGA bronze lineup, you should even save a few bucks there, and EVGA is well known for its very good customer support. I'm not sure if your case will have a window or if your brother cares much about how it looks, but you could also swap out the 212 cooler for something like the Cryorig h7. It looks a bit sleeker and preforms similarly at a comparable price.

Match the processor to the graphics card cause they will bottle neck each other. ***Get a good quality power supply*** If the power supply goes it could take every other part with it. What type of games will you play? If you are playing stuff like atlas reactor or overwatch you dont need much.

As far as I'm aware, HDMI splitters either take your output and mirror it to x displays, or allow you to pick between x inputs (Say you have a Playstation, PC, and Laptop all connected to one screen)

Your Graphics card should come with multiple outputs. Just hook up each one with a monitor and configure them in Windows/ your chosen OS. This will allow you to expand your screen real estate. I assume this is what you're after.

The EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB ACX 2.0 that you picked out has one HDMI port, one Display Port, and one DVI-D port. Depending on your monitors you might need adaptors but you should be good to go.

HDMI on 2 and DVI on the gaming monitor. IDK what you gonna be doing but in all honesty, anything over 2 monitors is overkill for the average consumer.
