what is the current url count in the database of 301 Nuke? im still getting stuck at around 300 or so

There are currently around 350 in the DB. I am working on an update this week which will flush out dead sites and replace with new sites. 301 Nuke checks the status codes of all the links created to make sure that they are indeed a 301 and not a 302 or any other status code so the report that is generated at the end is pretty accurate.

it seems like a good bit of duplicate domains created backlinks when I go through the report. so are you saying its 350 "Unique"?
It would be awesome if you could get that list up close to 1,000 backlinks :) I know you are smart enough to do it!
Hopefully soon thanks and keep up the great work, cant wait for the update!! The more links the better. please post when you update :) if you hit 1,000 backlinks I would be sooo happy

Thank you for your feedback :)

That's normal if you are creating tiers as the targets are chosen from the database at random.

I am still scraping targets for the database update. Hopefully not too much longer.

Scrape that 1,000 Mark ;)

Hi thebigweb,
I have a quick question RE 301 backlinker: are we able to enter multiple URLs at the same time? Say, like 50 or more links at once all with the same keyword(s) and have the software build mupltiple 301 links to them? I already have 301 software but I have to enter 1 link at a time which starts to add up when you get to 70+ links you need done for just 1 project.
Thanks
Chris

If you use 'Multi' mode you can add 10 URL's at a time. I may lift this restriction on the next update. I did this because if people added two many then the likely hood of their IP getting blacklisted would be high.

If you use 'Tiered' mode, it will create up to 15 tier 1 301's and then build up to 5 additional tiers to the tier 1's.

Does that help?

Yes it does, thanks thebigweb. That would amount to getting my work with 301 links done 10 times faster! If you're worried about the IP being blacklisted, what about using Proxies? I have a proxy harvester that saves them all to a file continually. What if 301 Nuke was able to access this file of continually updated proxies?

In "Tiered mode" are you saying it builds and additional 5 levels of 301 links? How many in total? As I mentioned previously, I already use a 301 link builder which can build up to 250 links at a time but I can only enter 1 URL at a time. I'm curious as to how many links 301 Nuke can build.

Thanks again for getting back to me!

301 Nuke supports proxies but it seems like some platforms recognise them as being proxies and block them. I'm getting more success without using them although I'm trying to get to the bottom of why this is happening so I can try to et around it on the next update. I've included a link to the best practice guide below so you can see just what 301 Nuke can do. Although the database is not as big as it used to be, the tiers along with GSA are still very powerful.

I'm currently refreshing the database and when released should bring the successful 301's back to around 500 per single run. When you combine that with the tiers you are talking 1000's.

I am going to send an email out and reply here when the new database and the software update has been released. I'm pushing to have this done by the end of the week. I've just been busy releasing some major updates to Index Nuke.

Hope that helps.

This was first published nearly a year ago. I highly doubt there'll be any review copies available.

Purchased the software a few days ago, and I've been trying it. It's a really nice software. :) Totally worth the money imo :) Plus, the support is excellent.

Hey everyone,

Just a quick message to let you know 301 Nuke 2.8 has been released.

  • Old non working sites removed from database
  • New sites added (Double the amount of successfully created URLs)
  • Submission engine re-coded to allow me to add sites much quicker than before
  • You can now add 50 urls to 'MULTI' mode (Submission time will take longer the more URL's you use in this mode)
  • Bug fixes
For those looking to buy, please take a look at the best practice guide below: -

http://cdn.301nuke.com/docs/best-practice-guide.pdf

P.S. Remember you can get 40% off using coupon code BHW at the checkout.

Great news on the updates! :) But.... I really needed to get this and picked it up a few weeks ago.... :(

Oh well... I'm really looking forward to cranking out the 301s today.

Thanks!

Just bought the software after hearing some really good reviews about it and i am happy that you updated your database to 1000's of links. Are there any offers going on with Index Nuke at the moment ?
