Instagram shoutout question from newbie

Hello BHW from a newbie here!

I started 2 IG accounts 2 weeks ago and at my one IG i got a request for a paid shoutout. I know that my account is not yet grown and it is bad to do it so soon but i would like to know how is the "Correct" way to do it. I just asked this guy to pay me via paypal and i told him to confirm that he pays me "x" amount of money for the exact job so i have proof so we can be both safe.

So my question is which is the best/correct way to make the deal for the shoutout and which is the best payment method!

It depends on you and how much you want to charge. I just paid a page to do a shoutout for $10 and it has 78k followers with a pretty good engagement rate and likes. Be in range.

I think you didn't really understand my question. It's not about the money its about the the procedure to be right so he can't claim later that i ripped him or anything, plus the best payment method. Paypal/bitcoints etc.
Lol btw i took 10 dollars for a shoutout and my account has 2k followers right now.

I have almost 5K page, but never do paid shoutout... If someone want how much $ i need to want for this service ?
