I just make money online with apps. But one guy told me he could make $250 per day with apps. It is really unbelievable.

Most likely they were posting a bunch of useless threads in an attempt to inflate their post count, so that they can PM (spam) users.

Or they had a blacklisted IP and were trying to ban evade.

so thats y u get banned, not sure but the BHW is probably sophisticated enough to catch shit like that. People must have tried and he is probably not the first person to try that. Just saying
