good ads-network for movie streaming site??

I suggest you open an account with AdmMaven, they are a pop network like propeller but I had much more luck with them and much higher rates.

i got approval for my site but ads wont display
followed all steps put script on <head></head>
checked troubleshooter
but no ads on my page

They are pop under ads not display ads.
When a user clicks on the page an ad will pop up

im using vidsourceapi when i click on the movie iit start shouing popups but on popads dashboard its says 0 trafic and 0 rate and 0 revenue
i tried changing and vpn but no luck

I agree, AdMaven offer better rates than Popads and Propellerads for their popunder.
