Anyone noticed how hard it's got to index links in google.

I bought a package of links, good quality, they were sent for indexing, and 2 months later when using info:sample link, only found 16 links out if 290 indexed.

I found the same thing also using commercial indexers in sep Oct and nov 2016. I used 2 of the well known indexing services and checking after 2 weeks, less than 5 % of links had actualky indexed.

Anyone else find the same?

Think this is in the wrong section mate.

Google has made it harder for indexing links it appears.

Just because an indexing service is well known does not mean it is good.

I recently completed this case study where I compared a bunch of indexing methods and their results ranged from getting 1% of the links indexed to over 90%.

Interesting article especially as you mention indexing rates falling around June 2016.

whether such a link indexing service is not functioning, then how best ?

Its because Google isn't stupid and they recognize a lot of the old spammy methods. Wouldn't be shocked if some "services" made it take longer lol.

Just build better quality links, with better content and hit them with a small dripfeed of socials and you might find your life easier. And if its a web2.0 don't forget to post fresh content every week, people forget to update old web2.0's with new non-link content. Google knows what spammy shit links are and they don't like indexing them.

I've taken a subscription today to express indexer and submitted 619 live links today on 26th Jan. Let's see how it does. I have an index checker so will check to see live links against indexed links.

Interesting what people say.

1 thing I can say about spammy links. Even if you have links with domain authority of 90 plus, google chooses not to index these, while at the same time google indexes links of da 20.

Ive done tests with url submitter of webmaster tools. Strange?

It can take upto two weeks to settle, I usually wait 30 days but i think it is currently the best.

I don't think so. my indexing ratio is 99%.
PS ; my site is new too

I dont believe in link indexing services, google nowadays made it hard to index some pages, So i still to getting links from high authority sites which is always indexed faster

Did you try tweeting or linking to your domain via a blog comment or other social share? Usually that works within about 24 hours.

Not tried that. Intwresting idea.

depends on the links.. if you have like tier2's i don't know wether they even get indexed or not. However if i am placing guest posts they always get indexed even without a premium indexing service.

Expired 2.0 there so many
Diffrent places with grate heigh
Links on offer .

I dont think that the old ways to link will ever match the heigh stats that a web2.0 offers , so just that fact wasting time and effort for tier 1 , for tier 2 and three maybe worth a shot in a period method....

You got also to remember there other ways to get your website pusing up in the serps theses days .

There a big aspect on spam know , if any website you connect to seems to have spam links it also effect you ....

Study the moz and majestic stat system
Will help you a lot .

A lot of people dont no this ,but the pa of a link or domain is still used via google and still active , i noticed some paid systems ,have still got the old pa metrics , that becouse you get what you pay for.

One little more tip ,while i am going into one .

Page speed

There a huge seo gap where people forget page speed , the faster the page loads smoothly with full verfied wc2 code , the more google loves you ....
