I tried this service recently and while it is slightly pricier compared to other resellers on BHW, the quality of Twitter followers/likes/retweets is impressive.

Accounts are mostly US-based, with pictures, believable names and some profile details. Other resellers offer cheaper rates but the Twitter accounts don't even have profile pics -- just eggs.

Needless to say, i am very inclined to use this service again in future for Twitter.
