I have a huge list of people with their mobile numbers in a particular niche. I don't know whether they are opt in or not. But I want to try sending them a message with a link to my website.

Is there a way to do this? Any good website which offers bulk sms service to US?

I have mobile prefixes which indicates which country+mobile network code belongs to which Mobile network operator. Is it possible to find some company which will be interested for this, to update their prefix base? If they are into VoIP or SMS
