Looking For Youtube Network That Could Monetize Copyrighted Music

I am looking for a youtube network for my channel with 2.3K Subscribers that could monetize copyrighted music like Arcane Network, Dream Crusher Media.
I am interested to join a new youtube network that offers dj pool and is able to monetize copyrighted music.
Which network who is lacking members and is interested to recruit me are able to comment below.

Arcane Network and Dream Crusher Media are both for content creators who own their copyright or have permission from the creator.
If you don't own the copyright on the music, or have permission to use you will always be in risk to lose.
Networks don't have an end decision in monetization cases like this, YouTube has as it's their platform.
