How to see the safe page?

Is their any way I can check the safe page (safe website) of an ad which I see on google, bing or yahoo?

(Obviously whenever I click on the ad it takes me to the money page.)

guys just use a vpn. Any good cloaker will have an ip database of popular vpns and datacenters,

Super easy. Find an ad that you want to see the safe page for, turn on your vpn and click the ad and you will hit safe page. Although this wont work 100% of the time as some guys are using ip rules only for google reviewers, it does work most of the time.

I m not sure I have understood what safe page is. Is it the version that search engines see? If so, try to use a service provided by Google to see the web page?

Easiest. Install User Agent Switcher (Chrome extension) and use it to pretend to be Googlebot. Click on the Adwords ad and you should see the safe page as it will be the page the advertiser has set up for Googlebot to see.

Your moneysite and safe site are same. You wanted to test your cloaking campaign for fake site (that is displayed to ad network you are using) and safesite/moneysite (the site actual user sees)

If this is the case, you must try to run a small campaign on your actual location. Say you are in USA, you must run a campaign for use and click ads. Otherwise, you can use vpn, useragent switches, ask couple of people to click on ads from target location etc.

Broadly, you must have a list of checks you applied in your cloaker. Cross check them one by one. You might be able to cross check many of the checks you applied without clicking ads. While testing it for real ads, you can use useragent switch, have a real audiance for targeted location without any vpn or so.
