Instagress bad or not?

Since yesterday I use Instagress.

First on slow and fast later on. Like & Comment,

But now I get the message on instagram when i like a photo: ''You're temporarily blocked''
Sometimes I can like 1 photo and than for over hours nothing again..
So im not sure if i go use instagress again, so fast i got a ban!

How long does a temporarily ban before it goes away?
1 hour ago i have like a photo of my friend with no problem but if i want to like now, its says the same massage agian.....

Sorry im such a blondie but what is a proxy? I only use it for my personal account. i have that account for over an year now

I have use it yesterday afternoon on my pc, with pauses because when i want to go on my feed. And this night for about 7 hours on my mobile phone.

I thought if I have a ban so quickly for liking pictures, i think i stop with it.
I hope it is soon over so i can like again.

But i dont know what i do wrong because i read that a lot of people use it for a long time and they have never get a temp. ban for liking...
