I have been thinking to join a seo company in my own country, but was wondering how 1 seo specialist able to handle 30-40 clients (BIG brand companies) I mean what kind of link building will they do? And how they do?

To me even white hat seo tactics is considered as violates google webmaster guideline as since you are creating links to link it to your own site. Question is:

1) Does seo company guarantee they wont get your site penalized?
2) What kind of link building will they do to big brand companies such as Watson, Guardian, Louis Vuitton etc

Does anyone here have been ever worked in SEO company before

2. Mostly buying their links by buying big brand articles, mentions (not always by cash, it could be some news buzz created by a company, some new services, information etc.)

Large organization has wider range of potential marketing tools, they are not using Scrapebox, SENuke or PBNs, they simply has a real marketing strategy.

Beside few bad links won't hurt them. Different scale, different tools and strategies.

1. No SEO company can guarantee that their sites will not get penalized by Google. If they do so, better avoid it. But, Those companies will take all the precautionary steps to keep their client's website safe from all kind of updates.

2. Big brands will have their own strategy. I believe they focus more on creating viral contents and get natural shares as much as possible. Also, they will do aggressive marketing techniques to promote their products.

Haven't had any full-time experience but worked with a top company for 3 months in promoting their brands online. They only need featured articles about their companies, products. They do believe in press releases to.

oMst of the big brand companies will buy links from high PR sites so that it won't penalize your site even though your site has some poor backlinks.
