I have tried to get a hold of these guys for 3 days!! 24x7 support they say! i left host9 because they have abandoned all support, it looks like these guys are going the same way!

I am not sure how did you try to contact us because we have one of the most amazing reply in the industry. If you open a ticket from your members area, you will get any issue resolved within just few minutes as our average response time is 10 minutes for any tickets.

I am not sure to which email you have sent an email, if you can PM me then I can get it resolved right away.

I even put it on high alert and still nothing! not according to at least 2 of us you don't have the highest reply in the industry that's for sure.

Your ticket was replied right away, so I am not sure how are you calling our support slow or unresponsive. Here are the details.

I use the chaps at powerup hosting for a VPS and have to say that the team have always been quick to respond and helpful in the scenarios where ive had a problem. I had an issue where my MAC somehow wouldnt connect to my VPS for the SEO tools and one of their chaps went above and beyond to try and help me.

It was in the end an update on MACs OS Sierra that was actually the problem and not the VPS.

A decent bunch of people there who are very helpful.

This hosting was very good 1.5 years ago. Around 6 months ago it became very bad. Let me list a few facts:

pros:
1) Unlimited Domains
2) Fast support

cons:

1) They have banned my ip several times due to "security" issue, in fact I guess I was banned because I was actively browsing my web-sites and they blocked my ip to save traffic (It means, they probably banned my customers too. I asked their support to send me a list of IP's banned from accessing my web-sites but they refused to do so)
2) After a slight load my web-site crashes and gives database errors.
3) Too many restrictions, could not install prosper202, while I installed it without problems at the namecheap hosting, I also can't installed big wp themes from the console.
4) It is very SLOW.

So, my conclusion is, that it is a very cheap hosting ($5 / month) and probably I should not expect more from it.

And all the shared plans I have tried so far have same problems, so don't expect that you will get something much better if you go for another shared hosting.
