I have bought 3 or 4 times with secondeye and It would not be right if I dont praise him for this service.
Here is something very important you should understand.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING RELATED TO VCC, PAYPAL from any other seller of blackhatworld.
WHY? This is paypal. You can not take a risk here. One thing gone bad and BOOM. Your paypal is gone permanently. Things get sometimes tricky with paypal and secondeye has a vast experience with paypal.
I had some weired type case and secondeye did the right treatment in the first shot.
One more thing. If secondeye sells a VCC for $15 and if some other seller sells for $10 then you would be damn stupid if you buy from the another seller.
WHY?
VCC and paypal stuffs should be time senstitive for you too. Right? When secondeye gives you a VCC- he gives it with some $ loaded in it already. U buy a VCC from him. U add it to the paypal and u drop him a request providing you with the code and he provides it. DONE!
but here is what I experienced when I bought from another seller here on BHW-->
I bought a VCC from someone else here before and guess what? After buying- he told me to "email him so that he can load $ in the vcc" and then I can add it to paypal. WTF? Not only it was frustrating but took much time too...
Overall- If its a problem related to paypal. Its solution goes to Secondeye.

This is my honest review of SecondEye Solutions, after purchasing over 8 documents from them over a span of 3 months.
I purchased these documents for 6 different PayPals that have been limited. Of the 8 documents I purchased 6 of them where State ID's, 1 was for a Credit Card Statement and another for a Bank Statement.
The two Statements worked very well, and gave me no issues but none of the ID's worked for me. My limitations consisted of proof of ID, bank or credit card statement, and shipping details or invoices.
My first time using Secondeye Solutions it worked like a charm, I learned how to forge my own credit card statements and invoices, the only thing I required from them was just ID's.
After a few weeks had passed I reorder 2 more ID's from them, and they immediately failed, I spoke to PayPal supervisors and they said the reason was the ID's were illegitimate.
Then out of the blue the very first account I used with SeS got limited again after 3 weeks of being unlimited, I called up paypal they said it was the ID again.
This Process happened 3 more times till I gave up on them. Everytime paypal said the ID's were no good. I contacted SeS about this twice via email with a very well written verse on this whole situation
The first time I got no response
THE SECOND TIME, they replied to me with a sentence that had so many grammatical errors, that it didn't even make sense and I couldn't comprehend it.
If you're looking for some basic documents or VCC's I recommend SeS but for any sort of ID verifications stay away. Ang I give there customer service a big 1 out of 5.
There payment platform is really nicely set up and they also accept Gaypal. so thats a 4 out 5
I received most of my documents in a timely manner 4 out 5
As far as there ID's working for me a big 0 out of 5
I told them that I was looking for long partnership with someone in this business as I have a lot of paypals that get limited. They neglected my business with them
Overall I give time a 2.5 out of 5.
I'm going to email them this, and use there service one last time via Passport for ID verification.
