Some cpa network receive application from asia. I am from asia too. My application has been approved by cj, clickxchange,clickbooth,pepperjamnetwork. My friend has been approved by maxbounty,copeac,primaryads,cpastorm,cpaempire,neverblueads. Unfortunately, I was denied by them. Maybe my website doesn't fit to their requirement. The first thing you do is make website that fit to their requirement. Some network allow you to re-apply application until you've been approved. So prepare your website well. They will review your website for approval.

Lets say I am from Asia, Which of them will accept me?

Basically, they accept application regardless from where you came from but you have to have to market to US, Europe, etc. Many of the CPA offers exclude Asia.
