Does anyone know where can I buy semi-anonymous proxies (lvl 2), I've tried Elite Proxies but they don't work for what I need.

I have a feeling that OP doesn't exactly know the difference between public proxy types.

For starters, there ain't no such thing that semi-anonymous proxy. If we talk about public proxies, there are transparent proxies (level 3), there are anonymous proxies (level 2) and there are high anonymous elite proxies (level 1). When OP says semi-anonymous proxies, he must be talking about level 2 anonymous proxies.

The difference between anonymous and high anonymous elite proxies is that the anonymous proxies are not capable of hiding the fact that you're using a proxy, but they still hide the real ip just like the high anonymous elite ones. I can't really imagine too many situations, where if high anonymous elite proxies fail to work, you'd need anonymous proxies exclusively. Maybe a situation like that is when you're testing your own site against that specific type of proxy.
