Most customers will accept a feedback revision for a straight refund without sending the item back. Their time is worth a lot. If your item is expensive, you're in a tough place. You can offer chocolates. Break out of the robot mold and offer some real sympathy that way, it wins people over.

can you get in trouble doing that for bribeing?

There was a seller a while back that got a negative feedback and took the buyer to court and was suing for $15,000.

Hi, there's another way around this.. and that's to pay someone from Trust & Safety who's working with eBay directly.. That's what I'm here for.. If you need help.. We have a rate.. depending on the damage on the account and how willing you are to pay.. we definitely can remove feedback with no problem.. It's legit and safe..

We have been managing an accounts on eBay from removing suspension, raising limits and removing feedbacks.. We are not proud of it,, but it has to be done.!!
