Where to find foreign language writer/VA?

Hey, I'm looking for a french writer or VA to post daily on a blog I own.
Anybody know where I could find one for a low price? I thought maybe a website offering VA services in africa, if anyone has an idea please share it with me because I don't feel like paying a full salary for someone living in France

Why don't you buy for example 30 articles at once and schedule them to be posted one article per day? It's much cheaper than paying VA.

Textbroker has a writers that can produce French content. Or, you can hire translators from Upwork at around $.02 per word. Any freelancers on Upwork who are wiling to do translation should be able to VA work as well.
