Clickbank Shaving Problem

Yeah it's odd for me too. One particular site always gets a big boost after jan 1st for some reason, every year I get this extra $ from the early weeks of the year and 2017 it didn't happen.

For what it's worth, I've seen exactly the same thing. This is regarding Clickbank, though. I've since gone ahead and refreshed all my links and today has been the largest grossing sales day for a little over two weeks, which is intriguing. I'm still pretty sure CB doesn't shave, but I am somewhat convinced that tracking errors and irregularities, especially when changes are made, can and does result in some skewed results.

The only thing that's increased with me and Clickbank is refund rate. Conversions have been down for the past week and a half.

Clickbank doesn't scrape., They make so much money they dont need to.

Update, still terrible, this screenshot is half a days hops. Very targeted.

How many sales can you get per 100 hops? How many hops do you need to get a sale?
I usually have a 30% conversion rate but my targeting and presell pages are very good.

same issue here ... i have no idea what's going on ??!!

By the way, this doesn't necessarilly have to be a problem with Clickbank, but with the vendor. There were vendors in the past who changed your affiliate ID on the end for their own and did this quite often. They are no longer on CB though.

should we change the the hoplink ??? make new one ??

I did that in the past, I really doubt it will help you as much to be honest. But yes, you can give it a shot, I know some people were basically creating new accounts in the past.

Just found this video, its old but this explains a lot. This is still happening today with all the PPV companies...
