i am confused about facebook ads

1, facebook has already charged me $5 on my card and the promotion period has not ended yet.
2, organic traffic means that someone visited my page though friend's likes or share? fb have given me only 2 likes, and 0 shares. so i am not sure how i could get organic? except from facebook likes i bought prior which was 2 weeks ago?
3, still, i dont understand why my account spending reached

sub001 was correct. it was my ad setting which has set a $5 spending limit. i changed that and ads running.
apparently, i got some organic traffic without the ads.

so far, my ad's not very efficient: spent $90, gained 1970 reach, 72 likes only, averaging almost $0.05 per reach.

It depend in wich country you are pushing and niche to define if the cpr is good or not. I look like an expensive niche. Try another intrest, i recommend you to use facebook insights to get a good configuration.
