Oh yes, I've read many news article about it before, so I wasn't mad that he pulled me over; at least he was doing his job.

Yeah i'm 5ft 2. When i had my '07 and a half duramax i got pulled over a few times cops thought i was an underage driver. One time the cop said he seriously thought it was a student experiment on autonomous cars cuz i was around a university.

Other than that, yes the more "wealth" you show you are more likely to get pulled over depending on state. Here in utah (mostly white people), an arab friend of mine had a red corvette stingray and he would constantly get pulled over for every excuse. Oh, and he was black...

height is always a big issue when it comes to authorities and people in general, im a tall guy and have never had such problems and people usually perceive me to be much older than i am.
hell just having height in my experience leads people to treat me differently with more respect than they would with my friends.

Only time I got pulled over was in Driver's Ed when I was 16. Cop pulled me over for shits and giggles. I didn't giggle, and I think my instructor shit herself. She was a near chain smoker, no idea why she though being a driving instructor would be a good idea. I think she made me put on the right blinker, hazards and probably even the windshield wipers. What a dunce. Cop ended up laughing at us, walked back to his car and drove away.

This is not true, most times when a poor person will end up in jail the rich will escape it because he's got money to pay bribe or whatever.

Why do you feel the need to race bait? Did you ever think that your friend got pulled over because he was doing something illegal? I've gotten pulled over plenty of times, and I'm white. The cops will pull over anyone if they're doing something illegal. It has nothing to do with race.

I am not whining about the ticket itself, but police explanation why I got it.

Driving 40 miles in 25 miles zone - I agree, its stupid of me, even though everyone on that part of the road drives even faster because it's empty, straight and no cameras and I was driving with same speed everybody else on the road.

But freaking cop said it - I stopped you and not other car because:
- you drive a sports car
- its orange
- you have short number plate

Sorry, what? I really feel discriminated by Prius!
