Need phones for Instagram.

Hi,
I am looking for a cheap phone/tablet that can run instagram.
I don't have access to phones to test .
I am wondering if: samsung galaxy s2, samsung galaxy s3 mini work.
Looking for phones around 25-30USD.

So I was searching around and I found out the following things, hope it helps others.
Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini: Works with older versions of Instagram (older apk)
iPhone 3GS: Works with older versions of Instagram (Search in any search engine for - Install an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X)
iPad 2: Works with older version of Instagram.

I've noticed that Samsung Galaxy S2 and iPhone 3G works also. ( but it needs more tweaks you can search on youtube for tuts.)

Looking for more phones/tablets

go on your local classifieds and make an offer on people selling thier phones, and ask your friends if they have an extra phone laying around and offer to buy that.

It's just I was thinking if anyone on this forum had a recent experience with a cheap phone that runs Instagram.
I am currently searching the web for an answer.
From what I understand in order to run Instagram you need to have Android 2.2 or above and the phone musht have OpenGL ES 2.0 or iOS 4.2.1 or above.
If I find more information I will post here.
