anyone can suggest a web hosting company that is offshore and has good customer support and cheap?

Planning to have my own movie streaming web

Will you be embedding videos or storing? If you're just starting out, you can start with shared hosting.
 
As I know, hostwinds litespeed ssd web host is quite reliable and trustworthy one.
I'm also happy with the performance and reliability of the service. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools you provide which I did not expect at all.

budget range is $8 per month but prefer $5.
im new to this so i can't say what resources i need. I just need an offshore shared hosting website for my movie streaming site.
I'm sure at first there's not much traffic :)

Good luck, it's a nice niche to be in but also highly competitive. I am experienced in that vertical though, so I might be able to help you out every here and there :)

i know. i don't really expect a huge profit. probably 10$ -20$per day is good enough.

Maybe we exchange emails. I would love if someone who can guide me or even mentor me :)

For movie streaming it would have to be offshore hosting and dmca exempt or something like that. It has to be a special host basically or you could get in big shit if your site makes it big
 
Offshore, cheap, good hosting here: http://legionhoster.com I am not affiliated with them, but i have used them before and they are good
Prices start from $2/month I think.
