It's evident you have a PP account. Why can't you buy a domain name yourself? Are you from a country on the restricted list from the US State Department?

I don't have a PP and I don't have a gut to wait for PP's 21 on-hold days ... I'm freelancer. that's why, some one is gonna pay me $15.
10 days ago, I got $20 but i lost it due to this reason. that's why, I'm here now.

I can help but what proof can you give that you not going to dispute payment? And you said you don't have pp in post #9 then how you'll send payment to my pp?

The first time he posted it was the 5th - and the was to inpatient to wait 21 days. 12 days passed already.
OP stated he can "deliver" money to a paypal of our choice, but he cant order namecheap himself. Which doesn't make any sense. Namecheap support all kind of payments.
And do you want to tell us that your "client" for 15$ is too "serious" , to offer your such a payment method exchange?
So either you are really ... "stupid" or you are really patient to scam people and don't value your own time which is ticking every day and second.
EDIT: Maybe you can burst the bubble and tell us from which unicorn land you are coming , that doesn't allow paypal and "social" media like skype.

Seems like some one is growing BHW acc and selling for profit
