MassPlanner account not showing followers in program?

Pretty new to using MassPlanner and noticed a couple accounts showing 0 followers, yet when I check the account via browser, it shows 1000 followers.

So then I try syncing, but when the syncing finishes, it still shows 0. Any reason why this would be happening?

I noticed it tomorrow too. There was a new update and maybe something went wrong.

have you try to sync your accounts again?

sometimes massplanner is lagging on those acc details, so you have to sync your acc manually

Yeah, massplanner lags... easier to check it manually

Yeah, this is even after resyncing. Last night though I closed out and ran an update,so will try again and see if any difference.

This works for me :

-Stop all Accounts ( wich shows 0 followers )
- restart
- select some accounts and click Verify
- when it becomes " valid " followers count will shown

It started to work for me without any interactions again!

Yes, these problems became after the last update. But no worrys everything is working much better as before.
