So my DA is 91 but my PA is 5? thats the same for all my blogger accounts? should i link them to each other would that help? What could help out my cause. If anyone is willing to teach me more seo I'd pay message me if you think you can help.

DA is 91 and it represents the main domain (blogger.com). Its nothing to do with your site. PA is your site specifically.
If you want to increase it you need to build backlinks to your site, simple as that.

Why do you even care what kind of PA you have? You should concern yourself with stuff that matters, namely your position in Serps and act according to that. You can have PA60 and rank for shit.

And no, never interlink your PBNs, your money sites and not even your web 2.0s.

And also, Bloggers are not exactly known for their tollerance to affiliate stuff or link building. Just sayin.
