HELP! Good CPA networks for noob?

Hi guys I have experience in affiliate marketing and selling products to people and want to have a go with CPA, PPC etc I just need help does anybody know any GOOD TRUSTWORTHY & HIGH ACCEPTANCE rate CPA or PPC networks?.. which pay well?.. I just checked out MaxBounty but am not sure if I will get accepted.. anyone? I would seriously appreciate some recommendations.. thanks
