Will I get in trouble re-labelling supermarket drinks and selling them for higher profit?

:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:
IF not post best places please to buy printed labels?

online ???
at a store???
to friends?

if you keep it small you shouldnt have any problems. no one will really notice if you keep it small and sell to a smaller amount of ppl. but if it goes big like coke or something im sure there will be some problems

myownlabels.com start at 0.15 cents a label

I would imagine if you did not have the consent of the manufacturer.. then yes you could get into legal trouble!!

Because you are selling under a "brand name" and as they are the work from someone else you can't copy it and use it to sell for much bigger profit..

the same is with cloths, you can't inport Diesel, Ralph Laurent from China for like $10 and resell it for $80..

You can only do that if you're an affiliate of the company.
So what you have to do is get affiliate of the energy drink and then sell it under that brand.

Otherwhy's you can keep it small so no one notice it.
Hope this post helped..

Thank you
OF course I realise now its brand name and also recipe although I do ot know if a recipe is copyright?
Well there is a fruit drink cheap here and I thought of re-labelling it Acai secret or something ;)

In my country, Milo is twisted into many versions, renamed and sold legally. Same goes for Coke and 7up. They don't really catch the small resellers unless you ruin their reputation.

Thank you

Oh well your going from fraud to blackhat fraud, taking someones work and calling it your own is one thing.

Taking someones work, changing it's name to your own, and then saying it will do something it really won't, that's just wrong.

People who buy Acai and stuff are people who are looking to actually lose weight, it's pretty bad to scam them that cold.

Plus if you do this locally, you might piss off the wrong person and regret it.

True I guess
Pretty good idea though dont you think for BIG bank?, if it was legal

Why would you do something like that? Do you have the permission of the authority to do that? For instance people are getting your stuff which has no guarantee where as supermarket drinks have a figure. Which one would you buy?

It's Called Private Labeling Dude And Alot Of Companies Do It :p

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_label

You Contact A Company That Make Product "X" (In Your Case A Soda Or Energy Drink) And Setup An Agreement Where They Make The Product For You And Slap Your Label On it.

While If You Do The Relabeling Yourself It's Fraud (You're Passing Someone Else?s Product As Your Own), But If You Go Though The Right Channels...;)

Good Luck And Best Wishes!

Yeah.. I wouldn't go about relabeling a product made for human consumption.. all you need is a bad batch from the manufacturer or an allergic reaction a customer may have and you'd be screwed!!

Don't know if you heard of that peanut butter incident in the states a while back.. a co. was selling tainted peanut butter and people got sick.. could you image if you had relabeled their product and the trouble you'd be in now!!..
