No, you register them, and yes I am but I would probably charge a bit more unless you don't care about the other metrics, in that case I'll take a look and see what I got, I've even sold a domain tied with a popular dead celebrity, it had 250 RDs and from very high authority sites, how I regret selling it now since I wasn't doing any PBNs at the time =(
