Yes of course, we'll usually be able to tell you beforehand thus removing any wait.

I've checked back as far as December 30th. I have zero PMs from you unless you sent it before December 30th? However you said "several times".. I wouldn't have missed several PMs that's for sure.

Or.. you're opening repeat tickets on our dashboard not actually PMs on BHW? and if those tickets are about verifying your social media accounts then yes we will be ignoring you as the warning on the contact page explains.
