Anyone work on projects or methods together, on a messenger in real-time as motivation? Buddy-buddy system??

I realize the life of an internet marketer is a lonely one... Still, no one in my life understands or believes in my interest in this stuff, kinda hard to feel motivated and like they are someone who can identify. Not that I mind being called "spam queen" by those who know what I do or have done, but damn. Must be some way to make like-minded friends, eh?? LOL

Alright, probably just me rambling on... It's almost 6 am, I'm running on artificial energy and it's been another sleepless night... Ignore my ramblings, or something.

It's a world that you can't even discuss ideas and your accomplishments with over a glass of wine with your best friend or spouse, because it can get so technical.

Vashtai, I'm actually about to start a poll on here to see how many people are interested in joining an exclusive "Closed Door" society where the "Serious Marketers" can come together and talk openly about their ideas without wondering if anyone is going to steal what they discuss.

In addition... this society will be one which I will reveal all of my strategies about not just making money online, but actually building a $xxx,xxx+/year business online that will work for you.

$$$ is what motivates me . I guess you can call them "internet buddies"<<<<sounds gay I know....but trading and talking to people on any forum is the first way of getting to know the people in the seo community. I talk to people on aim, msn, email and we trade rare or private tools. Its really all business related about new tactics and stuff.

TRUE SEO Black hats are either feared or hated in the seo community. Black hats are like the ninja's of seo. Sneaky and underhanded, loyal to only those who where the same hat and there are usually only respected by fellow black hatters. TRUE white hats will find your sites and report you.

So what that being said "spam queen" have no worries your among friends.

Black Hat... Just more exciting. I mean, I think most of us were using such "methods" to get the job done before even knowing what to call it, huh?

Nice to know there's people out there. Doesn't seem easy to get into real specifics in such an open forum, that is fully google-able (??) Anyway.

I can deff. relate to your pain. I work a full time job and the rest of my time I am trying to make an online business with a solid income. My wife has been patient but not seeing the income she is growing negative towards my efforts. At times I feel like giveing up then I see or read something and get a second burst of energy. I have often herd that one of the biggest drawbacks to working from home is not having a social outlet and being up your spouses ass all day. Maybe someday I will know from experience how true that is.

justmeron - Agreed. No social outlet, and hard to find a like-minded friend in the internet marketing world to just chat with, or even work on things with/at the same time as while talking about the project or whatever... It's disappointing. I keep trying to get my Real-life friend interested in this kinda stuff, but he just doesn't get it. Somehow seems to think that a job you have to DRIVE TO, is superiour... I will never understand that thought process. It's like anything different, scares people.

My fulltime job is at home, luckily. But it's rather difficult to make friends, and raise a family on the paychecks a "job" provides, these days!!!

I dunno how the hell people who pay for gas and babysitting and expensive clothes, are able to make it in this world. Anyway, yeah. Just another rant.

btw, I use every other messenger than AIM, if anyone else could use a friend or wants to chat!

I like the idea of collaboration with projects or just a good solid chat. It's hard enough brain storming alone, having more brains working together can only help things.
