online sell and law question

This is my first post here ,but i've been reading for about a month or so ... Now maybe that i've got a path/method that i wanna try ,i've got a problem with law from my town . So let me explain a little bit further ,so you can understand my question .

I want to start an online vap/eCig store but in my town its now prohibited to have an online store ( all shop have closed their online store ) (I live in Quebec city,Canada btw) and i was wondering if me website is hosted from somewhere else than Quebec do i have to sell it online if my shipping adress is in Quebec city ? Can i make a false adresse for my online shop like in ontario ( cause the law is only in my town )

Hope my question is clear cause actually english is not my primary language

Theres is no way to make sounds like my shop is in another city ? Taught that since its an online shop i got no physical adress right ?

OP I find it hard to believe that e-commerce has been banned from your town. I suggest you triple check.

If you want more help then post a link to the legislation/law that states businesses cannot have a website.

It is now classified as a product of tobacco here ( msss.gouv.qc.ca/documentation/loi-tabac/ ) and from that allvap/ecig/even shisha are classified as produt of tobacco so now publicity ,everything is hidden behind curtains etc.... hope you understand me well ...

OK understood, probably best to rent a PO Box or accommodation address

just rent an address with forwarding outside of your state/ country. In the UK anyone can have a top office address in some of the most expensive places in London and not even go there, everything is forwarded on, they even answer the phone in your name if needed.

Why do people ask law related questions here... would you REALLY trust the word of a stranger on an SEO forum with matters of CANADIAN law? If you get caught for something are you going to tell the judge "a dude on this SEO forum said this is cool" then? No. We don't know. We aren't lawyers. And most of us aren't Canadian.

What i would do is host my site in the US, get a US LLC as well as a virtual office in the US. Then, I would send everything from my virtual office's address. You could get a warehouse in the US.

Though i woukd consult a lawyer before doing this.

The problem is simple, do not make difficult

There are plenty of profitable niches that are legal. Not worth the risk imo

Yeah. Not worth the hassle. it will be better if you just find something that's perfectly legal so you don't always need to sleep with an eye open

Most of you aren't canadian ..right ,but i've seen canadian ,american ,european ,asian poeple all over the forum ,so did i ask for a guys to confirm me the law .. no i've just if someone had encounter a similar problem that he as been through .From this i don't think my question is bad at all man ..

Thx too buddy ,i'll give a look at this too .The problem in this it's that i wanna go white hat so have a registrated name with taxe number etc ... if i register in usa i cant declare it canadian ,but i will look at it tonight if its an option...

This could be easy solve if i go black juste sell no thx/registration/wathever then build website offshore then there will be no probleme ,but since i was lookin to be legal ... it's seems to be complicated and now i'm asking if it's worth time building this or jsut calling bulk from japan and resell over ebay/amazon etc..
