How do I get this special little gizmo?

I have searched all over the place, the last thing i could do is ask the admin of the group but if anyone knows here that would be great. It's the little questionnaire before being accepted into a closed group.

I think he wants to know how to add the questionaire to his group, not how to answer that one.

Yes thats exactly what I want to know, along with 1000's of other people lol. The question about it always gets closed in the facebook help site.

Apparently it's not enabled for every group. If it is, it'll be as described here:

I just Googled this. Had not heard of this feature and I think it's great new addition far as group managers are concerned.

Thank you I had not seen that thread! But people are still acting the same. They will say its enabled for a certain type of group but won't say what that is? I know it is closed but it seems to be a certain category lol. Even then I went through all the categories and still never had the option!
