Need Developer for website design

Hello all,

I need someone who can make our " ali drop ship " unique.
We have a standard theme with alidropship plugin.
We need custom unique design wich works good with this plugin offcourse.

I don't know much anout this so this person must setup everything and deliver 100% all complete work.

I have now a blog mainsite.com
And the " alidropship " = shop.mainsite.com

If someone goes from mainsite.com to shop.mainsite.com the difference is huge ( layouts etc ) this must be 1 unique good design.

Niche : Fashion,beauty,lifestyle

Example : worldofharry.com ( not my site )
But it looks 100% same because same alidropship plugin theme.

If you can do this ( ONLY WITH EXPERIENCE ) please contact me with total time for this work and how much $$ you want for this complete work.
