That is what I was going to say, make it private, don't delete it. If you delete you you might loose your channel as it looks very sketchy to keep deleting videos.

If you are asking about youtube videos, then you don't have to delete the videos, just upload them and and get views as much as you want and after that do private that all videos that you want to delete (do not delete, just private them) and after 3 days your earning will shown in dashboard then you can delete the videos. otherwise you cannot get paid

Yess you will get paid.
But check the YouTube analytics realtime views. There show real time views of video.
In video manager show less views then real time so you need some time to delete video.
Ex. You need 24hr
