Just Got PVA'd by Instagram

So I just got Phone Verifcation on 19 out of 22 Instagram accounts I own.

I didnt get hit with PVA in a while, I read on the forum nowadays PVA=Ban is it right?

Can I verify them somehow without getting banned ?

Well I can use real sim numbers, but what if my Proxies are US and I live in Netherlands, I can only use netherlands number?

It does not matter what sims used for verification it's all about the proxy quality

Like others had said, create alternate numbers with sim cards on them.

This should free you from the PVA and help you build your brand.

PV is trickier on IG, you can try www.smpanel.top , they are real sims.
If you find verifying IG accounts through browser gets you banned, you could try using a program that uses Instagram's private API and that should solve some problems

Doesn't matter.
I use NL phone numbers too for verify us ig accounts ( us proxy )
No problem, just use Real simcards.....

sorry to bring up some bad news but the sim cards used on that service #smpanel are from china . and china numbers are pretty dangerous to verify with, they can get your acc to ban immediatly .
