Expired Domain Resale

Hi there,
I just found a domain with pretty great stats.
PA 60
DA 65
Moz Rank is 5
Trust is 6
79000 Majestic links
26 CF
25 TF
3400 Majestic ref domains

But it's an odd domain extensions .org.xx

Do you guys think this is a good pickup still?
The domain is obviously very trusted but with the odd extension I think it may be a waste?

As long as it isn't penalized and the keywords are in a good niche for you then it could have value in about a year as long as you recreate the previous URLs. If you redirect then you can expect a large amount of the value to fall off. It is going to take about a year because expired domains get hit with the new site sandbox and don't get credit for backlinks for quite some time. But that wears off with time so if you are playing a long term game then this could add value in time... just not right away.
