VPS plus file transfer required

I have two apps that use websites and they have grown VERY quickly.

They both have over 250,000 files per site, so I believe I need to move the sites to a VPS? So, I'm looking for a good quality VPS but that will move my files for me, and configure the VPS as I'm not tech savvy.

Can anyone recommend anything?

This is pretty urgent.

that's not really a service most vps sellers offer, but if you post more details about what sort of technical stuff needs to be done pretty sure you'll be able to hire someone to help you track down a reputable vps provider and move your stuff over for you.

That's not really what I'm sure about? I just assume file transfer? I can change the DNS etc?

what kind of specs are you thinking you need for the VPS? Will you need cpanel, Do you need ongoing VPS management or just the transfers right now.

I am using sharkserver from last 2 months.and they have managed everything for me.
Restoring backup to any problems. but they are unmanaged still they help me out.
So far there is only 1 downtime last month but everything going well for me.
they even provide me DMCA ignored written email that they are responsible for any problem regarding copyrights

I won't limit myself with a VPS company that offers transfer service, I'd rather buy VPS and hire some one to do the job. That's going to bo not-so-hard and won't likely cost more than $20-30.

I read a view articles last year about scalling apps.

He required pre-configuration and file transfer, which is not the same as managed but under semi-managed which is not that expensive.
