someone tell me why in moz bar for the same kw i am third with my competitor and in google i am still at the bottom of the second page

Google constantly tweaks its rankings, beyond just what you can directly control; things like bounce-rate, time on site, etc, all effect position on any given page. Google is trying to find which result people like "Best" for a given spot.

IE: Split testing different pages to see which arrangement works best.

Who cares about Moz? Where you do you think they get their data from? From Google, right?

Surely it makes sense to believe the data that you see live in Google, rather than a bar that a third party company made?

Google rankings fluctuate as they are dynamic depending upon backlinking activities..

Why don't you email Moz support and ask them? Could be some issues in receiving/processing data, could be anything on Moz's end...
