I dunno which part of the forum to put this so here goes..
I've tried the inurl:cbreceipt, siteexplorer and javascript trick but this site prove to be a hard nut..

Can someone help me and maybe everyone else on this forum with this book?

why do you bother for an 2007 ebook.use the search button and you will find all the info you want ... use it like u use google search and you'll be amazed
